Date closing:

Prospectus is excited to be working with Cambridgeshire Community Foundation (CCF) to lead their search for a new Head of Philanthropy. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of CCF's donor development strategy and maintaining and growing supporter relationships to secure funding for the foundation's incredible work.

CCF are dedicated to improving the quality of life for people in Cambridgeshire. They do this through working with partners to actively inspire philanthropy, they invest in important community programmes through grants - last year 900 grants worth almost £4m were awarded! - and they provide leadership and a forum for dialogue on critical community issues. Their strategic vision for the county is to reduce inequality and social problems by continuing to empower communities to help themselves.

As the Head of Philanthropy you will develop successful, long-term relationships with new donors and will continue to nurture and grow relations with current donors, creating sustainable income streams. Areas of focus will be corporate partners, High Networth Individuals and legacies. There is a healthy pipeline in place providing a good base to start.

To be successful, your expertise will be in building high level relationships and growing fundraising income from a diverse range of donors. You will have a proven track record of securing income and will understand the importance of the donor journey through stewardship. You may not have worked for a community foundation before but you will be excited by the challenge and committed to CCF's mission and values.

At Prospectus we invest in your journey as a candidate and are committed to supporting you with your application. We welcome candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds. Please let us know if we can help you with the application process in any way. We are more than happy to make any reasonable adjustments to enable all interested candidates to apply.
