Chief Executive Officer

This is an outstanding opportunity for a new Chief Executive Officer to join a skilled, committed and experienced staff team with a very supportive Board, and to build on the Founder's success, by leading the charity through this exciting phase of implementation with the chance to explore new opportunities.
We are looking for a committed candidate with senior leadership experience of leading a service delivery organisation, ensuring infrastructures and resources are in place to match a growing demand. You will bring a strong understanding of the complexity of LGBTQ mental health services, and how to support their expansion. With a collaborative management style, you will have the ability to inspire and support an amazing group of Trustees, employees and volunteers, providing strategic directions and solutions. You will have a good understanding of diversity and inclusion practices, including anti-racism and anti-ableism. Crucially, you will have a real passion for improving the wellbeing of LGBTQ people who experience mental issues and contributing, with your work, to drive forward MindOut's incredible mission and vision.
