It is an exciting time to become a Young Trustee with the celebration of our 20th Anniversary this year and we have recently developed a new Vision, Mission and long-term strategy. We are looking to appoint two Young Trustees to further strengthen our commitment to young people's voices being at the heart of decision making.
We are seeking individuals who are 18 - 25 years old who can work effectively as part of a team and have a commitment to fairness and to promoting equality and diversity. The successful candidates will be interested in the needs of young people and adults seeking to progress through education, training and employment, with particular regard for those individuals who lack the resources, support and networks to realise their ambitions.
We are truly committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and would especially welcome applications from young people with lived experience of the issues we address as a Charity.
