It is an exciting time to become a Trustee with the celebration of our 20th Anniversary this year, we have recently developed a new Vision, Mission and long-term strategy. We are seeking individuals who are operating at a strategic leadership level to join our board. The successful Trustees will have a demonstrable commitment to innovation and equal opportunities for all.
A key part of our Strategy is to expand our work in criminal justice and develop a thriving research and evaluation function in the Charity and therefore we are seeking two Trustees who will have/be:
Research and Impact
- Significant experience in a research/impact, ideally focused on areas related to the Charity
- Able to support and challenge our developing research function
- Significant experience in Criminal Justice in a senior role
- Ability to bring insight and constructive challenge to our work in the criminal justice sector
