Youth Access is the national membership organisation championing young people's right to access local, high quality, evidence-informed advice, counselling and support services. We work in partnership with members to promote free young person-centred services dealing with issues as diverse as sexual health, mental health, relationships, homelessness and benefits.
Job Title: Chief Executive
Salary: circa £63k
This is a pivotal time for Youth Access as we come to the end of the current Strategic Plan 2018 - 2021, and look to build on recent successes, continuing to be the strongest advocate for our diverse membership who are delivering brilliant local initiatives for communities across the UK.
We are now looking for a Chief Executive who will provide inspirational vision and strategic leadership as we enter their next phase of growth and development. Working closely with the Chair and Board of Trustees you will have primary accountability for shaping and delivering the strategic and operational plans, building organisational capability and facilitating the effective delivery of the agreed mission, strategic aims and goals.
We are looking for an outstanding individual with a successful leadership track record, who is passionate about creating positive and sustainable outcomes for young people. Demonstrating high levels of personal credibility, you will act as ambassador for the organisation, cultivate positive relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
